At AnimalLover, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to provide a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
